DRUETTA UPHOLSTERY FOUNDATION

Druette is the name of the fabric upholstery workshop founded by Matteo Druette at the beginning of the 1950s. The son of silkworm breeders, Matteo trained in the renowned workshop of Amleto Bertoni in Saluzzo. In 1953 he opened his own upholsterer and mattress workshop in Moretta.

1973

FIRST GENERATIONAL PASSAGE

Matteo starting from the 70s forms his son Antonello, still a teenager. Antonello Druette grows up in the shop refining his father's techniques and realizing that the upholsterer cannot be the simple executor of a production process.

We challenge ourselves to create unique and prestigious furnishing elements.

We are hungry for knowledge and our continuous research is based on the challenges we face, thanks to a deep culture of fabric for furniture and architecture.

Innovation and tradition also coexist in the materials.

We love contaminations, using fabrics designed for fashion, for technical clothing.

We seek direct contact with those who create interesting things, digitization has revolutionized the design phase, but production is still done by hand.
